Earth Series Sauvignon Blanc
An elegant crisp white wine handcrafted from organic Similkameen & Okanagan Valley Sauvignon Blanc. This wine has aromas and a palate of tropical fruit such as pineapple, grapefruit, citrus, gooseberry with hints of melon and a refreshing summer mouth feel. Great with oysters, shellfish, poultry, salads, cheeses, and sushi. Serve slightly chilled.
